EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
CHANGES
- Items purchased online or in a physical store can be exchanged in our store.
- We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the garments are new and have the tags attached.
- No changes will be made if these conditions are not met.
- Shipping and exchange costs are the customer's responsibility.
- If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, you can initiate an exchange request from your account on our website by logging in with your username.
RETURNS
- Returns are not accepted on discounted items.
- Products with a 50% or more discount are considered FINAL SALE, meaning they can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size.
- If you wish to return an item purchased online, you can initiate a return request from your account on our website by logging in with your username.
- Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are your responsibility.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, valid for use in our physical or online stores.
- Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of return.
- We would appreciate it if you could share the reason for your exchange or return; your feedback is very valuable to us.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to help resolve any issues.
- No claims will be accepted after 30 days of delivery.
- Remember that you are responsible for the product until we receive it.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven't received your refund yet:
-Check your bank account.
-Contact your credit card company; it may take more than 10 business days for your refund to appear.
-Check with your bank, as processing may also take time.
