ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
-Orders and shipments
All orders are shipped from Mexico City and take approximately 2-5 business days to process, including processing and shipping times.
We offer shipping to all of Mexico, shipping rates may vary depending on location.
Shipping is free throughout Mexico on orders over $2,500.
-Shipping abroad
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we can provide a shipping quote if you'd like; please email us at contact@sergebasics.com. Shipping outside of Mexico may incur customs charges. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Occasionally, courier services will require additional information such as a copy of your passport or an updated contact number before a delivery can be made.
-Online orders with in-store pickup option:
We give you 30 days to pick up your order, if you exceed those days, your order will be canceled and returned to the sales floor.

Afterward, the refund process will begin, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment and will appear within 10 to 15 business days. If for any reason your refund doesn't appear, please contact your bank first and email us at contact@sergebasics.com.
